I have seen my dream job on your website, how do I apply?

It couldn’t be simpler! Just click the apply button, complete the application form and upload your CV. It’s then over to us.

Can I not just send my CV to you via email?

We like everyone to apply through our careers website, this way we can keep track of your application and create a smoother recruitment experience for you.

I’ve applied for a position via the website, but have not heard anything?

Firstly, sorry that you have not heard back from us. We have a high number of applications and we will do our best to get back to everyone within two weeks of the closing date. If you have not heard back from us after this date, unfortunately you have not been successful on this occasion.

I am going for an interview for one of your positions, do you have any advice?

The main thing is to be yourself! You wouldn’t have got to this stage if we didn’t think you had the potential.
The best advice? Be prepared, be on time and be presentable.

When will I find out if I was successful at interview?

We will get back to all interviewed candidates as soon as possible. If there is a delay this could be due to a number of reasons. If you’re worried or want to find out what is happening please contact a member of the Talent Resourcing Team for an update.

I have got the job – what happens now?

Congratulations and welcome to Aurum!
You will shortly receive a copy of your offer letter & contract along with a couple of new starter documents for you to complete (some of these are double sided, so remember to check both sides). You will need to return these to us as soon as possible. Whilst you are doing this we will be putting together your induction plan to ensure your first day(s) and week(s) are as relaxed and informative as possible.
